I will prob not add a nevernude version so don't plan on it but for now she should be fine as long as you aren't removing her clothing using the console as it cannot be accessed normally from her inventory.

If you remove them either using a follower framework mod or other mod that allows custom outfit creation (or if you remove her outfit via the command console) she will be stark nude. *WARNING*: As a default outfit Sona has her custom Clothes that she is wearing.
